MING Studios welcomes Idaho artist Margaret Pope to MING’s Studio Space, Residency Program for local artists and artist groups.

Working across sculpture and installation, Pope uses industrial and natural materials that construct the built environment, those tied to containment, division, and boundary-making. During her six-week residency, she will develop a new installation in response to MING Studios' architecture through spatial experimentation.

"I will approach the space at MING as an architectural investigation, constructing vertical forms that divide and redirect movement through the gallery.
